A small number of managers, represented properly
Independence, alignment, transparency: the Alforis TPM signature
We build lasting partnerships with asset managers, under a written distribution mandate and the AFTPM code of conduct.
Our partnership philosophy
We favor lasting relationships
Mandate and AFTPM code
Every partnership runs under a written distribution mandate and the AFTPM code of conduct.
Strategic alignment
We work with firms whose investment philosophy we understand and can explain to French investors.
Total independence
No banking shareholders, no distribution bias. Our only priority: our partners' commercial success in our markets.
« Working with Alforis means being chosen, not simply represented. »
Eligibility criteria
The fundamentals for successful collaboration
Registered UCITS or AIFM funds
Your structure must be regulated (UCITS V, AIFMD) with authorization to market in Europe. We support compliance setup if needed.
Solid operating structure
A team and set-up able to answer institutional due diligence. Spin-offs from recognised teams are welcome.
Clear investment thesis
Differentiating philosophy, demonstrable track record, explainable investment process.
Marketing & compliance support available
Product documentation (factsheets, KIID/KID, SFDR), investor presentations, due diligence materials. We help with local adaptation but don't start from scratch.
Long-term commitment (>12 months)
Institutional distribution is a marathon. We seek partners ready to invest in a multi-year relationship, not opportunistic 6-month mandates.
